Simba FC cruised to a 1-0 win over Egyptian giants Al Ahly in Tanzania.

Simba lost the reverse fixture by 5-0 in Egypt however in a return to their home soil, Simba showed their class as they took the game to Al Ahly.

Meddie Kagere’s 65th minute goal gave Simba there well deserved win over visitors Al Ahly.

Simba FC are currently placed second in Group D standings with six point and two point above third place Vita Club.
