Bing Search Discontinues Annonymous URL Submission.

Bing search has announced withdrawal from the annonymous non-signed url submission method, shutting down the annonymous submission tool only giving webmasters the ability to submit urls only when they are signed in. Bing also announced that its webmaster console now supports Google and Facebook authentication (letting users or webmasters sign in via facebook or google plus channels i.e personal accounts). Generating Bing APIs can be done in Bing Webmaster Tool following set of guidlines.

Reasons for the shutdown being the submission of urls from low quality sources with little or no relevant contents. These urls are mass submitted adding little or no value to Bing users. It is a move to control low quality contents.
